Boot time in Windows 11

A friend of mine just tested his gaming laptop and his boot time was around 47 secs. I told him there is something slowing it down. Because there is no way a 2nd gen i5 should boot faster than a pretty recent gaming laptop.

If I had another decent laptop, I'd try Ghost Spectre. Just curious to see how good of a job they did at removing bloatware
