I assure you, your links are solidly on the board. This is sounding like an IP and/or network issue. What is your IP and connection type?

The link is there now because I went back and added it after a moderator- Cousin Eddie- PM'ed me and let me know the link was missing. It was there for a short time and then disappeared. I went back and edited the post to add it back.

I think it has something to do with the Depositfiles Filemanager FTP software. Ever since I installed the filemanager strange things have happened. It sucks because I had all kinds of problems uploading to DF, and their support directed me to the filemanager for uploading.

I'll keep an eye on my new posts and try and make sure the links stay up.

My IP is static and I use SBC Global DSL.

Ah, now I see. I have a funny little problem with the cut and paste function with FF. I will go to copy a link or text into a reply box and nothing will happen except an existing line of text will high-lite, but the paste function fails.

I'm still looking into this, but as an experiment make a post below this reply with a DF link, but use IE instead of FF. You should have no problem using IE making a post for the time being.

I'll keep looking for a solution.

Is deposit files down, cant seem to download or even get its home page to load?

Home page is loading for me now, and I DL'd a link from them about 20 mins ago
and it was working then.

Its Up..but slow....and remote uploading is giving error for me as of now

As anyone got a mirror'ed link to the file download manager? I have heard a lot of these slow loading problems can be solved by downloading that free tool, but it just keeps timing out when I try and download it.

So as anyone got a copy of it plz?

actually they've been getting better. Had like 10 links under maintenance but after I complained about that it's down to 2 of them..
