As a free user, I (nearly) get my money's worth....
(it's quite a bit better than many others for some purposes.)

What is really nice to see for multi-part files is mirror hosts so one can DL the odds from the first and the evens from the second etc.

I do agree with some of the above posters WRT paid memberships; if I pay at all I expect immediate, flawless, service for everything with no waiting, no foul-ups, and no hidden gotchas buried in the interpretations of teh service contract.

Since I tend to read TOSs partly for fun (yes, I'm a bit odd), finding a site I'd be willing to pay for is quite unlikely.

I think the problem isn't really any one host, free downloading sucks on almost every host. But how many of us are going to pay for three or four different ones so we can download what we want that gets expensive.

Does anyone know if this is a permanent thing, or if there's any way round it?

It is a permanent thing. Even as a "Premium Member" you still have a daily download cap.

So, yes, even though you PAID them money, they will only let you download so much per day.

This isn't a daily cap but seems to be a total of what's been downloaded.

Yeh I'm getting it too. It looks as though they will allow you to download upto that limited as a free user then block all further downloads till you pay!

It seems like many of the uploads have been moving to Oron. I just can't afford to subscribe to so many sites, so I have been passing Oron sites by. Anyone know what the attraction is to upload to Oron?

Hi Everyone.
I see that there are more and more video files being uploaded to oron.com.
In fact its advertised at the top of planetsuzy web page.
I am not a premium member but I am registered with them.
Problem is that each time I try to download anything I get a message in red saying you have to wait (x amount of time) lets say 11 minutes as happenend yesterday, so I waited the 11 minutes and a bit longer although the time dosn't count down. So after the 11 minutes I refressed the page and then it came up with 4 hrs 20 mins!!!!!
Does anyone know where I am going wrong or is it just their way of making you pay to be a premium member????
