well I don't know how well one personal got along with another. So many of us younger people don't have a will. So we'll never know if she wanted her site to keep going. ie what did you do in life. She created some good art. not sure which site is taking any advantage of the news. you'll have to explain on that. The one site I know the videos are at they were posting long before the news. And most people didn't even know who she was.

By taking advantage I mean that Ashley protected her work rigorously, she would send out DMCA's the same day to stop her work being pirated, probably one of the most vigilant over her seven years on the net. Like a lot of solo girls these days, that is their only source of income, membership to their site. Okay, in LA most are escorts, but in the wide world that is not so, it's a career to earn money from. Since May this year she had not been doing that, and the site was no longer being updated. She did explain she had been taking care of her nephew and would be back soon; that would be August/September. Anyway, since that time, this one pirate site has now nine pages of her videos, and whenever anyone explains she was tragically killed recently, the message gets deleted. Many people would consider jerking off to her work not the done thing, that's the point I was trying to make. That even pirates should have standards, like Captain Jack!

I just disagree with parents wanting a site taken down because one doesn't always agree with their parents when such a site is up.. let alone telling their parents about their alternative life.

Now Ember on ALS Scan. she passed away around the same age. Now the owner of the site then yanked all of her stuff. I also disagreed with him but her death is a bit suspicious considering how much older her husband is. As for the other site I assume it starts with INT (P) that one has been known to post PST vids and PST goes nuts when their vids are shared so if they stand up to them. They can do just about anything until someone shuts them down. This isn't how PS operates fortunately. And why I rarely leave it. Although oddly I came upon PS because another model was murdered in 2008. Which I'm always forgetting her name now. The one with the lip ring..

From what I read, Spunky was asked if he would take down the site by Ashley's mom, and he agreed without a second's thought. In his mind it is the right thing to do. He did something similar with Play With Paris a few years back, when she wanted her porn life disappearing as best it could, and he complied. Despite the loss of income to him, it says a lot that he did so immediately. Spunky and Ashley lived in the same apartment over many years, it is a huge loss to him she's gone, and totally on a friend's basis. As far as some sites are concerned, how they operate, and this one I'm not naming especially, that there are professional sharers, they put up updated sets and videos the minute they are released, but make a small fortune from doing this. Once they get 1,000 downloads they start earning money, and they go onto as many sites, like Planet Suzy, posting the same links and earning hundreds of dollars each time. Some, in a week, earn $1,000s, all by hacking, finding links or even subscribing, knowing the money rolls in, getting a cut when someone subscribes to rapidshare or whoever is in vogue at the time. You soon get to know the people doing it, the same names on every forum, getting rich through wrong means, and that's what is happening with Ashley's work, 33k downloads in less than a month for one particular person, $3,300 in his pocket. It's a very tough time for girls to make a living these days, even more so from camming.

There's a big difference between sharing a set or two, some finds, a video you have etc, but making a living out of it, through theft, or taking advantage knowing sites won't be getting any DMCA notices because the girl is dead, that's a line that shouldn't be stepped over. Luckily, reading this thread, everyone seems sad about the news of Ashley's death and are not throwing up her cam videos to make money from. That's nice.
