My speeds have been fine, as of late last night and early today, and as a premium member. It's Friday 3:25 AM, here on the eastern side of the USA.
 The 12 MiB didn't stay, but it never dipped below 6MiB. My guess is, K2S was experiencing some issues in the short term.

anyone having problems with Keep to Share downloads? I opened several bookmarks made yesterday and even clicking on preview just disappears it ; click on the link and theres an endless wait !

Free user d/l on both k2s and fb just now were proceeding at only 30-50 kbps, that's with using the site file referral, usually the free d/l speed for me is around 140-150 kbps.
