back to the "connection limit reached" message even though i havent downloaded anything from them in days. and now i have to wait 6 hrs before i can event ry again even though i never was able to download anything from them in the first place. I've been away for awhile. Is FileJoker reputable? Are there any download limits (100+ gb) for premium members?

I don't mind paying premium if it's worth and the speeds are good

Just to remind, that traffic limit is not a problem, because most of users don't reach even a current limit. Also, any premium user can contact our support and ask to reset traffic limit.
