Was a visitor for long and then joined a month ago.

I have read the rules a few times and only want to know whether or not Junior Members can make upload requests (as it was not explicitly clear)?

I discovered this forum quite by accident and was surprised by the comprehensiveness of its content. I even rely on the posts to find out what a certain actress has done in the past, and it has almost become an authoritative reference for my personal hobby, so I think I should join this forum. This post on FAQs for new members was the first thing I read and needed to understand. Of course, although I may not be able to figure it out at once, I will actively follow the requirements of the forum and maintain the rules and regulations of the forum. Thanks, this post!
