To my knowledge this has never been released in anything other than the SD 4:3 scale. That means it was shot on an older format camera probaly an XM or XL.

I have the 480 version if you want it but if your heart is set on HD the best thing is keep your eye out for an AI upscaled remaster/re-release. That seems to be the vogue now so there's a chance.
