Over the years I periodically worked in Japan so I have some direct experience with this issue. If you are talking about booking a session with a current JAV actress, it's unlikely to happen. It would be very bad for her career if word got out that she was seeing foreign men, Japanese men like their women to be pure and not touched by gaijin. That's not to say you can't find women in Japan, you can but it will be very expensive and they won't be JAV stars. Top end jav are pretty hard to book. They're pretty much kept women. You have to really be connected, even more so as a non-jp. You might see a few B list in the clubs/spas but rarer the ones who'll service foreigners. In the US, a few major city agencies will work with an agent to bring jav girls over regularly. NYC in particular usually has 1 at any given time. They tend to be in the 1-10 video range in terms of fame.

thanks so much for your answers, I'm very disappointed , I was planning to travel to japan the next year, even started to learn japanese so I can communicate with the jav girls if I were able to get them, but looks like everything, was in vain.
