Its entrepreneurial nature along with the income potential are probably the two main reasons pornstars go into real estate, really no different than civilians. Because they make their own hours, it enables them to easily fit shooting content into their schedule if they want.

I see the "no training" as more along the lines of "no college education required." Most of these girls didn't go to college, might not have graduated high school, but if they get/have their shit together, they can take real estate classes, which relatively speaking are cheap and brief, and transition that into a successful, legitimate, respectable career.

Does anyone have any information on the lovely Lauren Phoenix? She was at the top of her game and not long after winning AVN Performer of the Year in 2005 she completely disappeared. I’ve heard rumours but nothing more. I myself have spent considerable time trying to find even a shred of her whereabouts post-porn but have not found a single thing. While I would certainly like to see a recent picture, I think in the time that has past I’m becoming much more curious about her well-being, odd that someone like her could just completely vanish it seems without a trace.
