pc is fine. they normally don't ask for a deposit, never did with me anyway. i think they only do if you don't have references or any other way to screen. if you look back on my posts i've said a lot about them. yes, they can and do tend to keep girls' photos up after they've stopped providing. worse case in that instance is you ask for them and pc will respond and tell you she's not available. they also jump the gun a little bit adding new girls on who haven't quite committed trying to use booking inquiries to entice them. when i ask about someone who isn't actually available she'll just say some standard excuse and we move on.

also, pc will sort of pretend the girl is answering, although if you didn't write as if you're writing to the girl they won't keep up the act. they've never pretended with me but i know they tend to in intro replies to new clients. it's no big deal and not an indication of reliability.
