WWE has a history of burying the ECW and WCW guys over the years. CM Punk is the exception I guess. I wonder if the DVD will show some of his amazing ECW days or completely focus on WWE?

I take it you mean his ROH days since he never worked for ECW . Well technically he did work for ECW but that was the WWE owned ECW brand and not the real ECW.

I'm sure he will talk about his days in ROH and the other indy's leading up to where he is now. Not so sure what they can or can't show since WWE does not own that footage.

I forgot about that with Foley and TNA and while TNA did do the right thing, who knows what kind of bullshit Foley was having to put up with in the back. Mick was super entertaining tonight...great to see him back. And as far as WWE burying guys from WCW and ECW, yeah that has been true...but what about Big Show, Booker T, RVD, CM Punk(ROH), Daniel Bryan(ROH..he is STILL the MITB winner)...I could go on. Most of the former WCW and ECW guys who get buried, get buried for a reason. Oh yeah, another little team that WWE pushed...The Dudleys.

I forgot a few...what about Chris Jericho and Eddie Guerrerro? Stone Cold Steve Austin? All guys who were over in WCW or ECW...in these three guys' cases, in both companies...and pushed to the moon in WWE. Hell, even The Undertaker was in WCW.

I would LIKE to forget DDP...hahaha...also added to the list is Lance T Storm! Most think of the Buff Bagwell's and Chuck Palumbo's...they weren't pushed because they aren't that good. Not for lack of trying though. The biggest success Palumbo had was teaming up with Billy Gunn and where did that take him? The unemployment line, that's where. And guys like Shawn Stasiuk...guys who got pushed in the last days of WCW because they were buddies with Russo...those guys didn't get pushed because they were jokes.on the same hand, look at what happened with Bret Hart when he went to WCW...he went nowhere. Sure he was WCW Champion, but being the champ of a shit company doesn't day a whole lot.

Don't diss WCW. It was their competition that made WWE get off their ass and improve their product during the RAW/Nitro days.

Now that Vinnie is the big game in town all alone again (TNA is trying but still a small company) we are back to shit shows and horrible angles. Vince figures that the wrestling fan will take anything he gives them because they have no competition for the fan to spend their money elsewhere.

I liked wcw--It would be cool if Vince had bought it and left it as it was. I know its competion but then he could of had 2 shows on 2 networks that would bring him more money. WCW had some cool PPV and a very different style in the wrestling business. Keep WCW as one brand and wwe as another.

Hey, I'm not "dissing" WCW...there was a time that I would watch Raw on Monday, then Tuesday TSN(I'm from Canada) would replay Nitro, watch Thunder Wednesday, Smackdown Thursday, then ECW on TNN Friday. I was a big fan of WCW...don't get me wrong. But when Bret Hart was brought in, they did nothing with him. This was the same time that they made Goldberg heel strictly because he wanted to be heel and when it didn't work...boom...turned him back to a face within like 2 weeks. That is just an example of the piss pour booking that was going on at that time.

You just need to read the book by Bryan Alvarez on how bad WCW got after 1998 . The Death of WCW. Good read and if you've never read it I recommend it.

Vince was a genius and Eric Bischoff got lucky. Luck always runs out though.

basically what I mean is Eric borrowed the NWO idea from Japan - got lucky but had no idea on how to follow it , meaning his luck ran out .
