Yes you can, if by Latinas section you mean the section in Ethnic Love dedicated to Latinas.

The "ETHNIC LOVE RULES - Read Before Posting!" clearly state:

08a. Registered Users and Junior Members must not post in the same thread for more than one (1) hour during a twenty-four (24) hour period. See: One Hour Posting Rule - FAQ

This implies that Junior Members such as yourself may post in that section if all other rules are adhered to.

Finally, someone understands! Staying in the fold for a mobster is almost unbearable.
