My guess is that this pic comes from the set. After editing, there are often pics in the set that are not in the final cut.

Actually seems to be so. But why not film such a scene and just take photos? The ambience is identical, so Tomas & Mona Lee (Monalee) had 2 scenes in the same room, but only one was filmed ?! DDF could have marketed photo sets and a video.

It must have been filmed, but they have cut it in the end. It happens often in the industry.
