FF have gone back to a lowly 50KB/s again for free accounts. No idea why they keep changing the speed, unless it's something to do with bandwidth and the amount of people downloading. Can't complain though, because it's good when it goes faster.
Some downloads where hitting 6-7MB/s, which really surprised me for a free account, given it's been as low as 50KB/s. Been averaging about 1MB/s, which is still plenty more than fast enough. Just as I'm typing this, I've noticed the download was interrupted and restarted, but this time downloading at 6MB/s. I've noticed recently, downloads going at 50KB/s tend to fail before completing and then restart. Not a problem though if it's going to restart at a fast speed. Would be though if it only went at 50KB/s and failed over and over. :/ |

Anybody else finding that FileFactory is unusable these days? The ads and pop-ups just keep coming and never stop.

They are OK for me for downloading.
But they do not keep my uploads on their servers for very long, its very frustrating Those subscription fees are just too high for me to pay, I'd like to but there are so many other sites that need my donations.

Just a quick word of advice to anyone still looking in here, do not bother with FileFactory hosted links anymore. Go for literally any other link instead if you want the connection to have any chance of completing. I have tried seven FF links in the last couple of days and not a single one has completed successfully. The speed is also ridiculously slow at 50kB/s at best and of course not resumable either when they do crap out typically half way through.
FF is so unreliable in fact I'm actually using the backup Rapidgator provided link instead. Yes, Rapidgator is more reliable than FF! Glacially slow at 30kB/s, non-resumable, incompatible with download managers and concurrent multi-server connections and yet still more reliable than FF. You have been warned. |

I finally got F-cked over
Quote:
i think planetsuzy should ban them since they delete files way faster than they should and look like they're not going to be paying out anymore. I've got rapidgator links from 2 years ago still chugging along, but filefactory links that are barely 3 weeks old disapearing. kek Also they're paying less for downloads. Just look at that drop around january 10th. I got fucked out of $135. I'm not gonna lose any sleep over it since that's like 5 hours pay, but i'm sure my issue would really be devastating to someone trying to make a buck. |
