Eh, no one is ever really gone from wrestling. Fake firings happen all the time, and it's not like this was WWE's best sell. They'll be back on next week's Raw to get revenge, I'm willing to bet. I think their gimmicks are weak, but WWE is lacking on main eventers these days. They're not going anywhere.

I agree though. The way Ziggler's grown, especially on the mic (does anybody remember his awful segment with Pat Patterson at Breaking Point 2009? Bad material and on a ppv though) has been really impressive. He's finally let the massive heel that he is on twitter leak into his character. Its a shame he can't bring all of the Asa-Akita-bothering Pornstar groupie stuff. Stupid PG.

Speaking of Ryder and Ziggler: Am I going mad or is the logo for his "Ask The Heel" segment very familiar? :P

Don't you think the "firing" was to make another "story?" I do not like them, and I think the firing was more for what they did to the ref and they were embarrassing HHH with that dumb "conspiracy" stuff.
The Miz was going to be dropped from matches because he is only good on the microphone. you might hear "your order was Awesome" on your next trip to the clown store.

Christian was saying that he deserves the chance to become the "3rd-time champion." For how long will he hold it? He had it once for less than 1 week, right? Is it all about how many times one is the champion? Shouldn't it be the champion that holds it the longest? The divas are doing the same thing. A champion changes belts each week.
Mysterio held it once for a couple of hours, right? Why don't they want to hold t the longest? I didn't like JBL, but at least he held it the longest.

It's easy, if you're currently a heel like Christian, then it's the number of times you've been champion - or simply the fact that you *have* been World Champion. You can gloat on that until the end of time and rub it in everyone's face. If you're a babyface, then all that matters is that you face all challengers and defend the title honorably, whether you're champ for a year or an hour, which is why Mysterio didn't duck out of facing Cena for the title on the same night he won it (if anybody was the heel there it was Cena for forcing a rematch clause after Mysterio had already wrestled - though I understand they had to do it that night to get that Punk/Cena face-off).

If bloody only. K2 has held that pink butterfly thing hostage for far too long. But then 15 minutes would be too long for her to be a champion...

The thing is though, Rey Mysterio will still be a 1-time WWE champion, even though his reign was one night. It's not so much a heel/face thing, it's just the convention.

Plus WWE are really lazy with statistics like winning streaks, let alone 'Days as champion'. Maybe its purposeful, with their even-steven booking and belt-time-share program: they make something of a deal about Cena being a 10-time WWE champion. Yet 3 of his reigns were 21 days or-less and one was 5 minutes long... His first 3 from 2005-07 were a combined 793 days. Can't even imagine that now.

And her start was as a dancer for Miz. I never expected to see her win any match, let alone become the champion.
Cenas many reigns is my point about their "Claiming" to be a 10,20,3 time champion. How long did they hold those titles to go around saying "I deserve my rematch?" "What have you done for me lately?" All Christian does is WHINE and his best friend, Edge, does not support any "rematch."
Maybe I should go into a ring and pin Mark Henry to be a 1-time champion. That way, I can claim it the rest of my life, like Cole does. LOL

At least Mysterio does not go around whining like Christian does for a rematch. Mysterio must have Known that his reign would not last long.
The "Quiet" Former champion earns my respect more every week than the "whining" former champion.
If it was not for this thread, I would not remember that Mysterio was a champion because he does not go around "complaining" for a title that he held, too.

to me I think that Cena's a 10 time champ, so say he wrestles 10 more years and wins it 15 times so then will that make him as great a champ as say Rick Flair, I think not.
