The other girl with Nina is Juli Ashton. IAFD only lists one video where they have a threesome together and the actor in that scene is black. It's called Consenting Adults and was made in 2000. I've never seen or heard of the actor (Lawrence Makavelli) which is probably because it's his only credit on IAFD. Unfortunately there's no picture of him. Googling his name suggests he did some gay scenes. There's not a great look at his face in those screens but the guy does at least resemble the Lawrence Makavelli who did gay work.

But I can't find the Consenting Adults scene or any screens of it to see if it's a match. If you have the scene in the screens to compare it with, this is the rather short description from the one available review for Consenting Adults.
