If you want to be precise about it, pornstars are not paid to have sex, they are paid to perform sex in front of a camera and - however the contract stipulates - forfeit the image rights against such payment. Sex in the course of creating a movie or a photo is legally considered an expression protected under the First Amendment of the US. Thus, the general distinction is that, at least in theory, porn stars are paid to act and prostitutes are paid for sex.

OK ... This is just simple conversation. ... And I AM NOT calling anyone out for what they would like to do.

I've been lucky to have led a good enough life to have been able to boink quite a few really good looking hot women that have had serious sex-drive. I can appreciate the idea of boffing a favorite porn star. I can't/don't see however the willingness to pay large amounts of $$$ to do it.
