I saw an interview with Nikki Benz & Lex Steele on DjVlad. She indicated that it might be close to 90%, and Lex was definitely squirming. Take a look at some of the multiple scenes Deen has done with the likes of Dana Vespoli, Janice Griffiths, April O'Neil, Ava Addams, Cherie Deville - there is an obvious easy relationship between the performers. More chat and conversation than anyone I can think of.
