Of course you can.
As long as you don't incidentally tap the OK button when you receive the update notification, or when iOS tells you that there is an update ready to be installed, you should be all good.
My iPad 2 is still running on iOS 6.1.3. Never bothered to update it as for what I do with it is more than enough for me.

Fuck, I get tired if people some days. I’d like to be locked in a controlled atmosphere (sort of like a biodome) for about a year with all the things to keep me comfortable. I think a year would give me plenty of time to decompress from all the bullshit that has come along with 2018.

At first I thought de-censoring hentai manga would be fun, but after spending a day on a short book of 7 pages with minimal censorship as it had, I felt that it was the most boring shit ever. Mainly because you're essentially staring and either the same penis and/or vagina for long periods of time, but it was my first time, so maybe it gets faster as i do it? On the bright side, I got a hefty amount of upvotes on reddit. I might go back to it when I feel up to it, but for now, no more.

A lady that represents a client we do business with, she is a very poor communicator or she is just a dumb ass incompetent person or both.

She sent me 3 emails this morning (and not the first time she done this in the past 2 years) saying she hasn't received this or that from me - which she has.

I sent it out last week and she just didn't bother to check her email and mailbox this week.

So I email her back and also call her and left a voice mail and very nicely tell her: did you check your so and so?

Then she emails me back saying she is RECALLING the emails she sent me this morning.

Every time she emails me or calls me and needs something, she will put down she WANTS it today like it's a National Emergency and everything is at DefCon 1.

But when we email her or call her for something from the client, we don't hear back for days (and in a couple of cases, a whole months because she kept saying she passed it on to the client but then we caught up with him and he said she never told him anything) and we have to contact her several times over and over until we get it.

I don't understand why the client doesn't replace her and get an executive secretary or whatever her title is, that is more competent and professional than she is?

I've seen her. She is not even pretty, she is short and thick. I doubt he is keeping her around for sex.

Oh and 100% of the time when you call her, it goes immediately to Voice Mail.

She never answers the phone.

So there has been several times we just said FUCK IT! We need to get this done now or we need this and that today so we call the client directly, which he DOESN'T MIND, and then we will hear from her by either voice mail or email, mostly email, saying we are NOT allowed to contact him directly, that EVERYTHING HAS to go through her and it makes for BETTER communication and service (her exact words) if we don't contact the client directly.

That's a laugh because she has no idea what communication and service are.
