Buying expensive furniture...
I understand being an adult is all about spending money on not so fun stuff...but it still annoys me to drop multiple hundreds of $$$ on something that's not going to give me actual pleasure.

(firstest world problem).

I used to buy ikea stuff, but I grew tired of the poor build quality.
I just bought a 400$ office chair (lots of money, for me) and I'll eventually get a similarly priced desk.

Everything this week…lost baggage, shitty hotel rooms, cancelled flights, overnight shifts, the state of Florida, sweating, listening to annoying people, maid that hasn’t cleaned the room, and being away from my own place.

Was expecting a new refrigerator from Home Depot to be delivered yesterday. Got the email that they were two stops away. Sitting by the window, I see the delivery truck pass by three different times and never stopped. Waited fifteen minutes and they never came back. Checked tracking and it shows missed delivery attempt. These dudes never even stopped. Noticed a missed call and assumed it was delivery guys. Called back and he tells me he's gonna come back to me. Waited 45 minutes and still no sign of these guys. Check tracking and now delivery has been rescheduled for Monday. Call the guy back and he says he can't come back today. I was so pissed I just canceled the order. These guys were either complete morons or just didn't feel like unloading a fridge.

Fucking Summer, in general.
The extreme humidity, the drought, the atrocious power outages that happen randomly in very inappropriate moments, lots of chaos to find a damn place to park your car, etcetera.

Wish it was always Winter, Autumn or Spring.
Summer takes my depression to very higher levels.

@Sordi88 - Not only more expensive but bigger too! A couple years ago I put in an order for a $500 dining room table after I did the measurements again I realized that the table was enormous and probably needed a room on it's own! Thankfully as I called to cancel within two hours of placing the order the place was cool about it.

@Lando - I feel you my friend. It feels like delivery just sucks nowadays! Several years ago when I ordered a new PC FedEx left it right in the middle of the apartment office hallway where anyone could've taken it. That's nothing compared to what you went through though and I'm sorry you did and hope you find a good fridge elsewhere.

@SynchroDub - I'm with you! The heat, humidity sucks! Can't sleep because it's too fucking hot. Get out of the shower and no matter how much you towel off you're still soaking wet.
