WoW anyone that is trying to cut their caloric and sugar intake - but hates diet soda like I always have - has got to try this stuff.

For the last 20 years I have been thinking that this would be the ticket, but someone has just finally done it. This stuff is basically half and half - sugar [high fructose corn syrup] and phenylketonurics [looks like mostly aspartame and sucralose.] 60 calories per can, which is well under half (60% less than Coke Classic or Pepsi-Cola.)

I am putting down a bottle of it right now and enjoying it thoroughly. It's not even surprising that this stuff tastes far better than straight diet soda, even the newer ones like Coke Zero or Pepsi Max. That bitter aftertaste that the artificial sweeteners always leave? Reduced to the point where it is almost negligible I think. Of course, this soft drink is not a great solution for people that are seriously dieting, at risk for diabetes, etc. But it is a godsend for me - someone that drinks soda (or is that pop?

) by the industrial-sized drum.

Anything helps, you know? 60% less is a lot better than 0% less.

Ahhhh yes, a unique drink to be sure. But if you are going to spend one of your limited number of meals in America at a Sonic, alexora - you simply must have them whip you up a banana-strawberry milkshake. Fantastic! And much less costly than what you'd pay at an ice cream shoppe.

I don't know where Saints lives but in AZ, Sonic is an avg. priced fast food joint, and is particularly cheap w/ the fountain drinks. Anyways, this is all hypothetical; I figure if you actually visited and wanted to go out for a greaseburger you would probably want to hit somewhere historic or really famous, like McD's. Which ain't bad...but you would want to come have ol' baddfingerz as your tour guide, let him show ya around, no?
