I have to say though that people's ignorance around HIV and treatment is shocking. If he was taking HIV meds he could eventually render the virus undetectable which effectively means unable to be transmitted. Plus if the co-star was taking PrEP they would be technically immune from catching HIV.

Not saying an undetectable person should be actively working in the industry, but with those measures at least the threat is negated.

Educate yourselves.
