Despite the fact that I'm on a blacklist for the next four years (two years on), I don't use banks any more than I have to. I have one existing bank account with $0.01 in it in America. Mainly, what I do is deposit exact amounts for online purchases on prepaid cards from local businesses (no connection to international banks) and shred them when I'm done, and all my transactions in person are done in cash. I don't like being tracked, and although my methods aren't common in today's world, I still prefer to stay off the radar and pay in cash. It's a harder way to live, but it's worth it. If possible, I intend to live out the rest of my days without depending on a bank.

As for pornstars not getting bank accounts, I can't say I'm surprised. Banks are big on fake morality and they'll screw anyone they possibly can over. It's not smart, though. Pornstars aren't known for their brightness, and I'd be willing to bet that they could collect quite a few standard $25.00 per day in overdraft fees. By that same token, though, I'm sure some are already on the same credit blacklist I am and that could be the reason.
