I was seeing the same for almost a month but then all the sudden I started to see little lupe again, dunno maybe it was an isp problem or ABP.

for the OP pimpandhost or imagevenue would be the way to go, at least for me they seem to be the most stable, not perfect but stable.

Strange that your pic gets deleted, but maybe it's the filesize in combination with the number of views/displays.
Some imagehosters assign a certain bandwith limit to the pics they host, means the bigger the filesize the sooner you reach that limit.

I see you're using *png-format which is about 247kb in size. Generally i prefer smaller filesizes since the pages will load much faster (not everybody has a fast line, even if a sig is loaded only one time and then stays in cache). I converted your sig into a jpg-file with 82% quality and i hardly can see any difference.
