In my experience most women make up their minds fairly early on in their sex lives if they want to have anal sex or not. Some women simply don't or won't try it, some are curious and if you're lucky enough you'll get to experiment with her. Some women have tried it and have had embarrassing moments (shit the bed) shortly afterwards and don't care to try again. Other women don't mind, or actually enjoy anal sex.

First you should identify exactly which type of girl your girlfriend is. Has she tried it before? Did she have a bad experience? Or is she just unwilling because it seems un-natural?

Enjoying anal sex can be acquired if she's willing to at least try it a few times. Start out with some finger play or maybe watch some porn (if she's into it) with anal in it. If you can get her to at least try that then you're on the right path. I wouldn't suggest doing this often but mix it up with your usual sex life. Once she gets a little more used to that then you may convince her to try some smaller toys and keep progressing until you reach your ultimate goal.
