This isnt a problem that is only effects porn. They see what is successful and imitate it. Dying your hair blond and getting fake tits is something that is really simple to copy. So the girls see people who are successful and copy them, which could be a good idea if there wasnt already 50 girls who have done it before you.

I think you should look at non-American porn. There are other things that keep repeating there, but at least the porn stars don't all look alike. There's also way less boob jobs and tattoos.
