Reading here and there, a heard a 100% unconfirmed rumor that "Patient Zero" is Brian Pumper. Somewhere elseI also read that it is a male performer who appers both in gay and straight scenes.

At the moment, it doesn't seem likely that AIM will release the name of the performer in question since they were sued by Darren James for revealing his name during the 2004 lockdown.

I think the name is more likely to come out via other pornstars who will be called in for testing for having performed with him/her.

The industry should also consider the Femidom as a means to increase safety.
