I keep all my porn on a 1TB hard drive which is (rather foolishly) shared across my home network. I should probably work out a new system of sharing it (like put a password on it or something).

By the way, Digmen1, what fields did you put in your Access database? I'm thinking of making one to organize my porn, but I'm not really sure where to begin on terms of the fields.

i burn it to dvd as well. i won't even tell you how much i have. let's just say it's a lot. enough that if i could ever figure out how to get my rapidshare account to stop being a bitch and let me upload i could probably start my own site. sadly, i have no idea what the hell is wrong with the fucking thing. i just know can't upload shit on it and i've tried dozens of times, but it won't load the damned screen.

I've got about 300 Gig on my HD, Backed up on a 1Tb external. Running out of space on my HD so I'll probably buy and fit another internal HD.

I actually deleted a large portion on mine a couple of weeks ago. Randomly decided to do that. I figured that I hardly ever watched any of the stuff I'd hidden away so it was just taking up disk space. There are certain things I wish I'd kept but I can always get it back if the mood takes me.

I've done the same thing, a few times actually. There are definitely some good movies or clips that I wish that I had back, but most of what I really liked was downloaded again at some point.

I find that I collect more than I watch, and end up with random videos or clips that I never even watch. So I figure that if I delete most/all of my collection, I can be more careful with what I download, and then have a collection that's nothing but clips that I've actually watched & liked enough to keep.

I'd need to get a video editing program, learn how to use it, then cut the bits I like out of each movie. There were some 350mb scenes I was keeping just cause I liked 2 or 3 mins of pentration somewhere in the middle.

So my friend and I were having a discussion over why he didn't have a porn collection and why I had collected some, the drawbacks and positives, etc.

His answer was mainly because there was so much free stuff, there was no necessary reason to store any, and that since I collected, I might have an issue.

Do you collect? If so, for those of you who have a mass collection, do you ever felt like you were addicted?
Why do you keep it? Does your significant other know, if so what do they think of it?

The only star I collect is Miela, I've collected others but I would delete them over time. It's nice having something when the internet goes belly up, plus HD res photos and videos. I don't feel addicted or anything, it's not like I constantly think about it, it's a hobby, if you will.
