![]() That certainly is part of the job description. The compensation for this position plus benefits including vacations, health and retirement does come with responsibilities. I take your point that stamina is an important factor. Thank you for your valuable input.

As I said, both ladies are equally qualified. Let me explain that the first candidate was a stay at home mom so they virtually have the same experience level in the business. The other factor about the photos is they chose the photos for their portfolio. However, both are excellent workers and as you should know we don't discriminate on looks or age. It's all about picking the best candidate for the job and I can tell you it isn't easy. |
