Oh my, I have no idea. This is a professional office environment and we don't ask prospective employees to participate in an ass eating contest as part of the interview. However, I do like your idea.

As I said, both ladies are equally qualified. Let me explain that the first candidate was a stay at home mom so they virtually have the same experience level in the business. The other factor about the photos is they chose the photos for their portfolio. However, both are excellent workers and as you should know we don't discriminate on looks or age. It's all about picking the best candidate for the job and I can tell you it isn't easy.

Duly noted. Perhaps you should apply for an executive position and if I don't take candidate #1 and I'll make sure she is in your office on the first day of your employment.
However, if I take candidate #2 please don't expect to see her sitting outside your office. I wouldn't want you to totally ruin her in the first two weeks.

The younger must be well versed in dick-tation, whereas the older, dictation.

Being thorough during the interview process prevents you from being faced with unpleasant surprises later on!
