From what I've seen, all of this 0nlyf@ns and cIips f0r s@Ie stuff is unwatchable junk, shaky POV videos shot with some crappy camcorder (or more likely smartphone). And this bullshit is sold at $10 per video

Even for my favourite stars, I would not care to have this rubbish for free, let alone pay through the nose for it. On the other hand, these videos have practically zero production costs, so even if they are only bought by a handful of really dedicated fans then they still make money.

The monthly subscription should cover the content provided, but there are cases of models who lure fans in with the standard deal, and then send out locked videos in DM's which need additional payment to open. People can ignore them but it is preying on the fact that customers are all self-proclaimed "fans" so will feel they are getting special personal treatment and want to see what they are. Some of the prices I have heard are ridiculous for short vids, way more than the initial subscription.

Many of these porn starlets have long wish lists on just about every high end retailer: shoes, jewelry, lingerie, handbags, clothing, and of course, Amazon.

These porn starlets are easily banking 5 digit each month with all the Only F memberships, additional fees for "premium" content and gifts they receive and they don't have to fuck anyone to get it.

That's where the bulk of their income is from - not from shooting porn scenes.

Some of them even have their own webstores selling their own merchandise like Riley Reid.

Only Fans bullshit totally sucks! I browsed Ryan Conners Twitter page about a week ago and seen nothing but Ads for that type of bullshit!

The Internet has ruined porn, I think. Just like it's changed and ruined the Music biz. I'd give anything if we were in a straight to DVD, VHS and Magazines like the old days. Good Standard Camera's too! Every Pornstar should have their own official web site like before and post exclusive photos there and good special messages to the fans with an active discussion forum.

It's a big turn off is them asking Fans to by them all kinds of things. They make enough money that they could buy everything that they want and everything else.

Again, I don't pay for porn and even if I did pay to join some of the porn sites, why would I want to pay extra to join each porn starlet's OnlyF sites to see stuff I can find for free on the net and in better quality and more explicit versions.

Well, I guess it would depend on what they offered to buy for me, I guess. If I were an entertainer, I would never ask or expect a fan to buy me anything as long as they like and support me body of work.

Why would any one buy something for some one they already spend their hard earned money on and get ignored by that person whenever they tried to communicate with them online? Sad. If some fan is wealthy enough to buy all their favorite ladies stuff, then by all means do so if it makes them happy.

They do the same thing.

The stuff they get their fans to buy are not cheap either.

Many of the items on their wish list have 3-4 digits and even 5 digits price tags.

I get the impression the guys buying into this shit are hoping that the more "personal" connection will make them more visible to the porn stars, and maybe, possibly, end up getting laid with them. Never underestimate the desperation and thirst some guys have. Then there are the guys that become obsessed with an individual porn star (much like people can become obsessed with a specific celebrity).

I can understand why porn stars are trying to find better ways to make bank, because porn piracy is really cutting into their profits these days. But as everyone else has stated, the content they're providing here is really sub-par. A lot of it is as poor as the phone-shot videos that would get traded around when I was in high school.
