There's no virus or malware in the downloaded file - you are probably getting warnings about the various popups generated by Clicknupload. I get about six warnings (or pages suppressed) from Malwarebytes for every Clicknupload download.

Totally agree with the above, It's not the downloads at all. Get yourself a download manager or browser guard to stop the redirected pages opening. Unfortunately it's live with the popups and redirects for free faster downloads or use the much slower speeds of rapidgator/k2share/filejoker etc. if you don't have a premium account.
