FileJoker.net Issues

I am a Premium member of Filejoker and have had no issues until this morning when I got the idiot response "incorrect Login or Password" message.

1. What is it? Is it the Login or is it the Password? Be specific!
2. Some moron has started the never ending v2 Captacha nonsense. Street signs, cars, shop Fonts, etc
3. Checked my email & find "we have changed your password due to security concerns". What security concerns? Be specific! The email is from "noreply".
4. The only way to communicate with them is guarded by . . . . the never ending v2 Captacha nonsense.
5. Great customer service they have. It's just so good that I will not renew my subscription.

1. If they will be specific, potential hacker can use this information.
2. Its Google recaptcha. Atm its a standard on most websites and its independent from filejoker. If you can't solve it its means that your ip have bad reputation or you are using some bad extensions.
3. Sounds like using vpn. Or someone from different country tried hack your account.
4. It's anti spam protection.
5. It's your choice of course. Just curios if you are getting also so frustrated when you get similar problems with banks or other accounts. Almost all websites now using some kind of captcha to protect from bots. Also a lot websites blocking access to account when they will notice suspension activity ... Google, facebook, all banks. Its not against you, its just the way to make sure that your account is save.

Yeah, I have to agree; FileJoker is terrible, why sites don't ban it is beyond me. Free users get to enjoy;

• Extremely long wait time to download, with a timer that only counts down if on the active window
• 50 kb/s max download speed
• Almost no debrid/ multihost support
• Download only active for one hour

It's not a filehost I'd ever consider using to host and I actively seek host alternatives if somebody has hosted their file using that clown of a filehost.

From my experience - they replying always. In fact joker have most friendly support that I ever saw.
