It's safe to say the majority that got implants are worse off for it.
Sunny Leone is the main one I can think of that didn't get worse after implants. |

On a more subtle level Dana DeArmond is going off the rails physically IMO. She got fake tits (sure Asa Akira said they're the best fake titties in porn) and she's now getting a fucking fake ass. Plus she's had facial surgery and looks a bit like a tranny. I used to really like Dana but she's clearly not set on growing old gracefully.
