Even if he got them in 2007, they could have been made a few years earlier. So she might be telling the truth even though he might think she isn't.

If she made them when she was 17, but sent them to him when she was 20...

Latest I heard(or read somewhere) is that at first Carrie was trying to say she was underage in the vids. Then, she changed her story, and stated that the vids were made when she was 20, and now supposedly in talks with Vivid about the release of either a comp vid or all of the vids. If I can find the info again, I'll post it.
