You don't ask them during a convention like the avn you have to look up an agency which does the escort for the pornstar.

Just try your luck on google and I'm sure you will find your answer

Also AVN is work for them. They're going to be busy. You will always get a hard no if you solicit them directly. You need to go through an agency or manager to verify yourself as legit and that you will actually pay them.

Try to contact them through their personal websites which is usually posted on their Instagram or Twitter accounts. You will need to do it advance as they will only have so many openings and you will have to be vetted in advance to make sure your not LE. Be discrete and respectful in your correspondence with them.

The problem is that the girl I would like to meet is exclusive from a well-known agency. I am a verified member, but unfortunately they have no interest in booking her for me.

It is assumed that if you are over 20 years old then you most likely have already been exposed to the virus. As a result the vaccine would not be effective. Most people with HPV will never show symptoms. It is estimated that 75% of the US population over age 18 have been exposed to the virus. Similar rates of exposure are found in most other countries.

Nope, no proof for that.
It is just age of 22 for male, and 26 for females IIRC that was tested for that. Since it was tested in countries with pre-marriage sex being normal so won't find a big sample size after that age that wasn't already through HPV.
For that health systems won't subsidize it for those older, but clinically it is assumed if you are virgin and or not exposed to HPV you will get good result from vaccinations just like any other vaccine.
