I find it a bit disingenuous to post before and after photos and to complain that a woman looks much worse (usually people put it in harsher terms), when it is quite clear that she has had much more than a boob job done and in fact the other procedures are causing the really shocking change, especially if they have been done to the face (Katie Montana, who has been mentioned before, is a very good example).

This is probably going to be an unpopular opinion, but with respect to aesthetics (health is an entirely different topic) Clea Gaultier and Kenna James (among others) have done the right thing concerning their breasts (assuming they avoid complications like bottoming out, capsular contracture, etc.), especially Clea. Now, their results might not be the best possible, but that is pretty much expected when a woman does not have much breast tissue to begin with (as is often the case with thin women). That is why they should go even bigger after a while - IMHO Bunny Colby's or Peta Jensen's size is roughly the threshold after which further increases do not really change much (or start getting worse - I do not like Minka either; i.e. bigger is better up to a point and then it becomes worse); they could not have done it during their first operation because usually a surgeon will not risk using bigger implants (higher risk of complications when a woman does not start with much). Of course, it would be great if all women looked like Liya Silver, but the reality is that most of them have not been born that lucky. I just hope that Kenna does not resort to other kinds of surgery (that ship has long sailed in Clea's case).

Also, before judging too harshly keep in mind that some women who have nice natural breasts initially may go through a cycle of weight gain and subsequent fat loss, which usually has the unfortunate side effect of breast shrinkage. Once that happens there is essentially no way to reverse that effect naturally, except gaining weight again, which, of course, is not going to affect just the breasts. Before she retired, Sofia Gucci seems to have gone through a process like that (and ended up with a decent boob job) and speaking of Liya Silver, she seems to be just about to go through the same transition, so I hope that she manages to control herself and keep her great shape as long as feasible.

My regret about Clea is not her breast, but her nose. It was fantastic, while it looks very fake now. It isn't ugly, it just looks fake.

I never understood her dark brown areolas phase. We all know that Minka got artificially inflated tits already. That chocolate brown coloration made them look even that much more fake- and just turned me away.

I liked her tits when they still had a modicum of reality.

Much prefer the pre-boob jobs than after. I'm all about the natural look and don't find anything wrong with small boobs. I think it is more difficult for mature woman who have had children to look the way they did when they were younger. But in most cases, I still prefer the natural look over the overblown, huge boobs some women get. I'm not against some slight augmentation if done well. For example I think Sofie Marie looked just fine without augmentation IMHO. I also not a fan of tats. A small tat here or there isn't bad though I prefer none. I just skip over the ones with tats all over their body which I find ugly, no matter how well done. Guess I'm just a purist.
