Strowman: Yeah, he could do the Japan thing. It'd give him a chance to work on some technique and build himself back up after the bungling did on the back half of his stint with them before coming back and joining AEW or something.
Lana: As long as she doesn't wrestle, at least not without more training, I wouldn't mind her going over to AEW to be with Mirio. Unfortunately, AEW has a problem at the moment and it's that everybody and their cousin is in a faction; it's like the ending of WCW when they had ninety versions of the NWO running around, whether it was an NWO splinter group or NWO-ethnic. AEW is also too spotty at the moment; bumble bumble bumble SPOT, bumble bumble bumble SPOT, bumble bumble bumble SPOT, bumble bumble bumble SPOT, bumble bumble bumble SPOT FINISHER SPOT FINISHER PIN! |

Two very unsubstantiated rumors:
1. Bray Wyatt has asked for his release, and is interested in going to AEW, possibly reuniting with his brother, Bo Dallas. Supposedly, the writers have nothing for him after transferring most of his gimmick to Alexa Bliss. 2. Jeff Hardy has been, or is about to be, fired, due to his legal issues combined with his age. Vince feels it's time to move on from Hardy. |

Double that figure brother or nothing. AEW won't sign Braun, he's not a great worker brother. They signed Henry and Show because of Cody. They'll take Hardy out of pity, plus the place is full of marks for him. I'm surprised RVD isn't there yet. Bray won't get fired, they'll make sure to give him what he wants if he's making a fuss. He's a merch seller. Ruby I can see in AEW as she's solid, maybe not Lana, it'll feel weird especially after Miro made the remark on TV about what having your wife ringside does for your career. And it's very very WWE if that makes any sense. Black has got to be in AEW. I bet they were on twatter DMs showing interest within five minutes after reading the news. Murphy has New Japan written all over him. Santana will probably travel here and there. |

Lana, Black, and Ruby will all find jobs fairly easily when the 90 days are up for them especially Black and Ruby. I expect Lana to Twerk her way into the Arms of her Husband.

A few thoughts.
Not sure of why you have contracts in the WWE since they can cancel them at any time (same as the NFL). Stroman is interesting since he just recently said that he would never leave WWE or Vince McMahon. Wonder how he feels now. Don't forget that AEW, Impact, ROH etc. all have budgets and are they willing to add to them? In the case of ROH they are noted for keeping their pay low. When Bischoff was running Impact, they were noted as being the place where WWE wrestlers would go to retire. Do the other promotions want to become the place for ex-WWE wrestlers. AEW is already close to being that way now. |

Take this with whatever grain of sand you wish, but from wrestlingrumors.net, a possible explanation for Strowman's release:
Quote:
Not to mention that Omos, Shanky and Azeez aren't going to do anything in this business. And there are whisperings that this may be, in fact, the first step towards a sale of the company... not sure about that, as no news of a possible sale has leaked, to date. Just for shits and giggles, I Googled WWE salaries for 2021, and found this: WWE Superstars 2021 Salary List Rank Name Earnings 1. Brock Lesnar $10 million 2. Roman Reigns $5 million 3. Randy Orton $4.1 million 4. Seth Rollins $4 million 5. Triple H $3.3 million 6. Becky Lynch $3.1 million 7. Bill Goldberg $3 million 8. Shane McMahon $2.1 million 9. Stephanie McMahon $2 million 10. Braun Strowman $1.9 million There are conflicting amounts all over cyberspace, but looking at this list, if this is anything close to correct, there are a few names you could do away with... take a guess or two... |

Braun was WWE personified or at least I thought he was. They have a fuck ton of TV money. Is this because they have next to no PPV model and are offsetting the Peacock cut of the deal?
Aleister revealed he had new music made, a storyline in place and he got cut. Now that makes no fucking sense. |
