Just watched the highlights. Two civilian exs somehow got in the building, have mics, allowed to go to the ring and get beat up. The Liv reveal was desperate shock value. Rusev doesn't get that alimony exemption he wanted cos he stopped it... Nothing out of the ordinary then.

2014: Daniel Bryan vs Triple H - WrestleMania.
2015: Bayley vs Sasha Banks - Takeover Brooklyn.
2016: AJ Styles vs John Cena - SummerSlam.
2017: Asuka vs Nikki Cross - Last Woman Standing.
2018: Becky Lynch vs Charlotte - Last Woman Standing/Tommaso Ciampa vs Johnny Gargano - Takeover New Orleans.

I wanna say the Michaels vs Flair match at Mania. Sure neither were anywhere near the top of their game at that point but it was a beautiful match between two great wrestlers. Too bad it was ruined when Flair kept wrestling.

It's all about the Wednesday. Only weekly wrestling shows I watch now. How people can still sit there and watch Raw, who knows, probably has to do with twitter banter I would think. They likely get some mild thrill out of that aspect cos there's usually fuck all the show is giving ya. The only thing somewhat has my interest on main roster is Bryan but what's off putting is it's not organic this time around, it's let's get this thing we once had going again. All the new stars they are trying to push are fucking charisma lacking clones who just do fancy moves but when ya see them every week who fucking cares. AEW and NXT has a chance of being that too but the good stuff is outweighing the bad for me at the moment with the likes of Rhea and Jericho. I heard on twitter everybody lost their collective shit when Dark Order were in the ring at the end of the last Dynamite beating everybody but I didn't really mind it. Guess I'm more a casual viewer than I thought cos only the marky of marks could be frustrated over that shit. It's a freaking story that's yet to play out.

Yeah you're spot on there. AEW is the only wrestling show I watch now. I'll flip back and forth between that and NXT but NXT never seems to keep my interest. I think it's a combination of the small, quiet, dark venue seeming like such a downgrade from what I'm watching on AEW, and also the wrestlers themselves seem mostly bland. Not just in WWE but on NXT also. Not many of them have a real character anymore. They're just regular people. It's like UFC. Say what you will about over the top stuff like Dark Order, Jurassic Express or Butcher Blade and Bunny but at least they're all memorable and fun to me.

And are people really that upset over the Dark Order thing? They're trying to push new stars, it's an interesting angle, and the tag team seems pretty talented.

As for match of the year, I can't remember most of what I watch. But I will say that WeeLC match had to be match of the decade.

So, CM Punk revealed what the original WrestleMania XXX line up was supposed to be before he left. They seemed real intent on wasting Bryan on Sheamus again.

It came to me the other day while listening to a shitty podcast and you just reminded me, they are totally gonna do that fucking match this year after Bray is finished with Bryan. They'll have Sheamus win to get heat.
