The smart fans know what this crud is all about. When they do these champ v champ matches it's usually never any good and has a tendency to piss said fans off as their favorite might get buried, in this case, it seems obvious Becky will lose and they must know that if it's obvious to fans. I see it as it's simply to draw the casuals for Survivor Series as it's seen as a 'meh, might miss that one' big four event. I say they should ditch Survivor Series if they don't want to continue as heavy with the traditional elimination tag matches. Also why spoil matches when there is a brand split keeping them apart for a reason, basically to keep rivalries and matchups fresh for the future.

Watched Raw to see how they handled Dean and underwhelming to say the least. The whole show felt like a waste, back to the Tube clips next week. And watching HBK, I'm not sure he's gonna be the same in ring, his chin music looks crud by today's standards. Also that half bandana look is weird. It's like he's fobbing off Lashley but worse. If your bald then your bald, why bother drawing attention to it with black underpants on ya head. I'm expecting even the worst match on Evolution will be better than this tag. Getting the vibe more than ever that these legacy guys need to get off the screen for good if they aren't at least gonna put the new talent over.

Taker's promo included the words 'Long, tortuous pain', which is my current expectation for that match of his.

Evolution felt like just another WWE PPV with a lot of video blah and having the wrong match go last. It probably did enough good PR that they'll want to continue with it, so that's a good thing. Now they just have to fix the bigger problem of still not giving a damn about most of the women's division at any given time.

I don't mean to be a dick but hopefully that tag match does stink out the joint so they finally get it together and stop this legacy nonsense. It's OK in doses if done well but they do it all the time when it comes to big events and while they have been doing it for ages, it really feels like it's time to move past using them. I shouldn't be at a point where I want Taker to shut up and go away and I'm not feeling nostalgic for HBK for some reason. Might be because it feels like he legit sold out.

I was into Evo, it never dragged for me. Said I was gonna watch portions but was advised to watch the whole thing so thought, feck it, got sod all else to watch. Even McMahon stayed away from giving a rah rah speech, although they did show a still photo of her, presumably giving a speech before the show that I noticed on Raw. I also noticed a backstage Ric Flair photo from Evo where Charlotte and Becky were together. Felt weird to see, kind of an insult to the audience. Of course we're not stupid but we don't need to see that regardless.
