As they mentioned on-air, since the bell never rang to start the match, the contract was NOT officially used.

Have to hand it to the ref, ref tells the ring announcer, cash-in gets announced, ref makes sure both are ready to compete(key step since champ usually has just suffered attack), then ref calls for bell. Unless Triple H is the guest referee about to screw you, then the middle parts can get lost in the shuffle.

They had Becky cut a heel promo, they had say that the fans cheered Charlotte at SummerSlam, they had her blame millennials, and the crowd just kept eating it up. They've created the Stone Cold of the Women's Division.

Meanwhile, Charlotte just continues to get booed because she's not sympathetic at all.

Them having Becky try to turn the crowd against her is one of the dumbest things I've ever seen WWE try to do, and that covers a long list.

So, the promo basically boiled down to...

Becky: "Here are my reasons for why I did what I did."

Fans: "You're absolutely right. We support you."

Becky: "Umm... And you guys are all jerks!"

Fans: "We know you don't really mean that. You're the best!"

Yeah, this heel turn's going well, but don't worry. I'm sure Toronto will give WWE the reaction they want.

Am I the only one who found watching the women's melee on SD impossible? I mean, the shaky cam, the switching angles every two seconds....

I know, they do it on just about every sequence involving action to try and preserve the 'illusion" of actual fighting but really....

My head is still spinning.

Anyone see that Champions game in the SD replays which had Rock, Charlotte, Roman and Undertaker, who looked more like Lemmy lol. That says everything right there. Where's Braun? Seth? Fucking picked the old guard and the chosen two.

Did Becky try and run? She fought afterwards but looked like she was trying to get away over the barricade, didn't make much sense, playing chickenshit and then dropping it. I thought Smackdown managed to figure the really basic and the obvious out but I guess not. They could have rectified it by having her do an apology and then Charlotte tries to nail her with the belt when Becky goes to leave, she catches it, Flair misses, and then they have their brawl and you got them at least both back to shades of gray and then go from there. She did cut a good promo though, the accent wasn't as strong, I noticed. What I did also notice was Tom the bullshitter on commentary calling this a special edition. Smackdown 1000 is a special edition, there was nothing special about this show. Why do they always have to throw some bs into the mix and make themselves look like idiots. Byron's fake over enthusiasm is grating me too, I have noticed it a lot more lately than usual. Don't turn into those fucking commentary jokes on Raw, C&C. Ha, feel sorry for the poor bastard who probably has to CC them, if they even do.
