I am finding that files will load at different speeds at the same time from two different posters. Both files roughly the same size but one will take four hours and the other 45 minutes, and I have a premium account.

Far enough lol.

cleaning did nothing to solve the problem.

I noticed that it might be an issue with their issued links when downloading as I once every 7 or so downloads seen a decent speed of 500-600kbs, but the rest being 30-40kbs. They're support asked me to do tests and send them screenshots. Guess what? that was 5 days ago.
Here's how it went down:
1)Filed a ticket
2) Received an traditional automated message then a actual response within minutes asking for tests and screenshots. *note the rep is named Michael
3) Sends requested info.
4) After about 2 days, no response, no changes in dl speed. I send another reply asking for a status on my case.
5)following shortly after my email "George" replies with saying that they did not receive the info. So I sent it again.
6) Once again no response, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that since it was the weekend.
7) Today I sent another reply asking for status and Michael returns and emphasizes how he needs the test info in order to help me(wtf!?) so I sent him my info again.

Like seriously, why does PS even allow such hosts. The so-called 150kbs referer speed is something I've yet to experience let alone the higher speeds that premium was suppose to provide.

I'm premium user and been getting awful speeds over last 48/72 hours, but someone must have unblocked something as tonight I'm getting 3.3MBs !! Keep it up K2S and I MIGHT, just MIGHT renew when my subs expire

The download started 20 minutes ago and still 27+ minutes to go.

It's only 62.3 MB!!

Update to my previous post, it seems like my info has finally been received and sent to k2s tech department and they even added extra days to my premium. Now is just the waiting game, but my hopes aren't too high

It also looks like I went from premium to premium pro, but speeds are still slow.

I have been dealing with Fileboom & K2S for about a month now.
They extended my subscription and have had me do several things, but no answers. Download speeds today are 24-36 Kbs. I have 3 hours left on a 350 file with a Premium account.

I think they have a problem, know about it, but are not in any hurry to fix it.

They are known for their poor level of support if not for being a scam. Just be glad if they move forward in your case and not have high hopes like me.

I think their main problem is that not all generated dl links are equal. As spreviously mentioned, some downloads DO have the expected high speed, but these are very inconsistent.
