It was pointed out that Titus is larger than who he's managing. Looks weird as fuck.
Fox beat Sasha clean if I remember correctly. So apparently instead of bringing in new talent let's give a push to the one who has been a jobber for years. I'm gonna go with watching Smackdown only as it doesn't offend me as much and the PPVs. I have had enough of Raw, it's only going to get worse now that Braun is injured and the no doubt imminent return of Stephanie around the corner. |

Boy I am not looking forward to this PPV, whoever thought Jinder in the main event was a great idea should be fired, sadly it was probably Vince who came up with that idea. AJ/KO and Nakamura/Ziggler are probably the only matches I look forward.
On the other side, tonight was Takeover Chicago and the UK Title match is probably the best WWE match this year, it was really amazing. These guys, Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate, already had the best WWE match this year imo in the UK tournament finals, but they topped it. the rest of the card was solid and just for the UK title match it already will be better than Backlash

Cena's done the Superman stuff all the time from 2005 until what, 2013 or so? He beat Muhammad Hassan like nothing when the dude was undefeated and red hot from the anti-prejudice gimmick going strong. Want a reason for the Roman booking, it's the SuperCena stuff and just the continuation of it.

Seeing Takeover i just got to say good luck Backlash only match i'm looking forward to is Styles vs Owens and Nakamura vs Ziggler mainly because of Shinsuke.

Dunne and Bate are just incredible both have big futures i still cant get my head around the fact Tyler Bate is only 20 years old and is only going to get better and Dunne is only a couple of years older and looks , it makes it even more interesting in that they are stablemates in Progress wrestling along with Trent Seven so the history is all there and this sequence from Dunne and Bate is just awesome http://streamable.com/rr7fy that rebound lariat and rolling Liger kick is just and http://streamable.com/sk63g "AVE IT!" The womens triple threat was good sucks that Ember Moon got ruled out of this through injury, with Ember Moon ruled out for 6 months it remains to be seen who's gonna beat Asuka my guess it will be the winner of the womans tournement (either Kairi Hojo or Io Shirai) Itami and Roode was good and nice to see some old school KENTA in there, hitting the GTS in chicago was only going to have that kind of reaction TBH despite Itami innovated the move. My guess is it will be Roode vs Roddy Strong next or a triple threat with Drew Mcintyre in the mix The ladder match was a great match but the ending was just you could see the crowd were genuinely upset with what went on. Oh yeah he's a cool pic of British Strong Style in Progress wrestling (Dunne, Bate and Seven) |

ahahaha Jinder is WWE champion!
You know what this means... 3MB is back ! To be fair, it was an average match and the crowd was 50-50 in favor of Jinder. Not sure how this will go. Perhaps they went for the shock factor and I like that. Always a fan of unpredictable finishes...and I got it right this time.

So, Jinder Mahal’s the WWE Champion. What next, they gonna bring back fucking Beaver Cleavage and have him win the title off of Brock Lesnar? Or maybe have Rob Conway do it? That's what this equates to.

They actually did it and they put the title on Jinder, Vince clearly has lost it, he doesn't care about the rating dropping. I wonder if Khali will remain the worst world champion after this title reign

Doubt it. Ten years ago, the champions of SmackDown were Batista, Edge, and Undertaker. Ten years later, the champion is a jobber with single digit career wins who was losing squash matches and getting pinned by non-finishers just two months ago. Even Khali and Swagger were more credible.

NXT:Takeover > Backlash 2017 Night and day with these two PPVs.
Aj and Owens should've been the main event, period. The only good match on the show for me. Everything else was either meh or a piss break like the women's match. Happy for Needles Mahal fans, you guys get to enjoy his push but this guy sucks. Standards are being lowered way too much and guys like Aj, Owens, and Shinsuke should be in the WWE title picture, not him. I'm gonna lose it if this leads to Cena returning and taking the title from him. |
