As boring an answer as it probably is for many people, I have to say Jenna Haze. Mostly because she has been instrumental in shaping my attractions. She was pretty much the first woman I admired since I was a young teen, and most of my greatest attractions (petite, small breasts, long legs, feet) can be attributed to her influence.
