Orton and Cena still on top in 2017 is all I can take from that show. If it's Cena and Orton at Mania I can see it getting bad crowd heat, especially if it's the main, where they've sat through everything then that match.

The Rumble was so bland. Even Kofi's OMG spot sucked ass. Felt so fake that all the part timers drew high numbers next to each other. I did get the thank heck Roman lost but looking back I would rather no winner. Strowman made to look like a chump getting elim'ed by only Corbin. Emmalina should have made her re-debut as a surprise lol.

I hated the finish to both big title matches. Super Cena making sure he squished AJ to keep him down. I get that gives AJ some cred but the way he did it sucked. Also Strowman totally defeating the purpose of the shark cage and I can't even conjure up why he has beef with Roman.

Sasha the jobber. I can't believe she has fallen so far. The NXT Takeover women's match was better than both here and they basically had two Divas in theirs.

My biggest beef, despite all the SNAFU that was going on, might have been Jericho's elimination, though. The entire time he acts smart, avoids Strownman entirely by staying outside the ring, and when Roman is in the ring, well rested and sh!t, he decides to climb the top rope? Go figure. That really pissed me of, because it was so stupid.

Lol, one of them is my sig/avi for a long time, she is a decent wrestler but she has been booked bad (as most of the NXT womens division) but they can't make Asuka looking vulnerable since she is the Brock Lesnar of the Womens division

Yes, he did look like a stupid idiot. I had hopes though when he was still there at the end.

There was some actual logic floating around that a Smackdown guy would win since they booked the Elimination Chamber for the world title already instead of it being a no1 contender match... I wasn't aware of the Randy leak so I had no clue. My fat gripe is there is no excitement attached to him and if it goes the Cena route then who really gives a shit about that?

I haven't been watching NXT so they looked like Divas to me. They must be good though cause they accurately put Cross through the table. If they were real Divas they would of botched it.

I'm a little late on this but my thoughts on the Rumble are the matches were okay, Styles vs Cena was good but not on the level Omega vs Okada was which i believe WWE were trying to make it be, personally their Summerslam match is still their best.

The Rumble itself I thought was going well (Jack Gallagher in the Rumble was promsing i'd love to see him vs Jericho for the U.S title at WM if they built that up right as he is just golden) till Brock showed up then it all went to shit, i've never liked Brock since he came back and once again he did nothing eliminating Ambrose like that was a joke. this part timer shit is really killing them because they aren't creating new stars out of it.

Taker looked in pretty bad shape which according to Dave Meltzer he is right now and yet they are possibly gonna stick him in a match with Reigns at WM.

Orton winning was just a letdown i felt someone more deserving should of won it Ambrose was the guy that should of won personally because then you could have him vs Cena at WM they've been teasing it with Ambrose calling him a part timer and such.

We got Tye Dillinger at 10 but a lot of people called that. I hated the ending. It was a great year for some new blood to win and they had every opportunity to do so, but yet they went with Orton again. I think the reason they had Reigns come out at 30 was they knew he would get booed out of the building, and by eliminating him people would be more receptive to Orton. But this sets up Orton/Cena for the 10 millionth time, right? Ugh.

The rest of the event was pretty good. That Owens/Reigns match for the championship was brutal. But I was disappointed in the Rumble itself. For all of those stars, they were pretty packed together and it made it lame.

I was really wanting them to have Balor and Samoa Joe come in mid field, spark that up and then get Balor to main event. I personally would like to see Owens vs. Balor as a main event card. Owens continues to provide great matches. I dont know their "injury" periods though.

Cena vs. Styles was great but again John talking through the match. Just kills the wow factor when you hear him talk.

All the old timers really killed that Rumble, then to add Reigns at #30 was just an embarrassment. If you're adding him in where are the others?

Fresh blood to put on a show at the Rumble wouldve been huge. The Strowman push was just cringe. Ambrose, Ziggler etc. all being taken out like jobbers. Like fuck, just build your new blood already. Lesnar vs. Goldberg is going to be another shit show for less than 3min again.

Was hoping to see HHH and Rollins (havent watched the whole storyline, just Takeover), they've obviously got that already booked for WM unfortunately.

Also wouldve been an option for Jericho. He is the best at winning over his opponent. Get a newer guy in to headline with a belt and have Jericho put on an epic show as usual.

Anyway what is done is done but hopefully they put a spanner in the match cards before WM.

Would have been great for Nakamura to win the RR and then face off against Styles or Cena. I guess his promos would suck though, then again, not like Randy has ever been that great either.

So with the way things stand the two world title main events are most likely going to be

WWE Title - Bray Wyatt C vs Randy Orton (theres a possibility that it could be Styles vs Orton but it's more likely going to be Bray vs Orton)

WWE Universial Title - Bill Goldberg C vs Brock Lesnar

The fact that WWE want Oldberg with the title going into WM shows the state WWE is in and has been in for a while.

There's a possibility also that Styles could be facing Shane McMahon at WM as well what with the recent interactions, thats it WWE waste one of your top talents on the bosses son, we can only hope its just a rumor.
