They way I see it, the best way to avoid the accusation of plagiarism is to quote verbatim, and offer a direct link to the article in question (behind code tags, of course).

This is because some news outlets are banned by various dictatorships who try to control what news their citizens have access to.

This not so much about plagiarism in itself, but to ensure that what is being quoted was actually posted by the news organization in question and is not fake news made up by some keyboard warriors purporting it to be from a legitimate news source.

interesting take, but attribution is not the be all and end all. the material itself is copyrighted and CANNOT BE QUOTED. an exception in most countries' law is made for short, fair use, EXCERPTS -- like a line or two here or there, maybe one whole paragraph. not a sizable chunk of the article, much less the whole thing....

hell, even WIKIPEDIA keeps an eye out for this sort of thing. as soon as someone notices that text has been lifted from somewhere else, it gets reverted.

yet here, no one seems to care. DMCA be damned!

Anything 500mb or less every download link should be Zippyshare really 1gb and split into 2 parts should be Zippyshare

I hate downloading those 30 second to 1 min video clips and they take 20 to 35 min to download

dunno why it's a stupid issue. site is so strict about t0rr3nts, 9-year old movies, full-length pr0n films, MP3s shared openly...yet when it comes to the printed word, anything goes!

i assume i can cut/paste the next harry potter novel here? yes, i will add "j k rowling" on the end, no problem.
