"Brock, you're not only next... YOU'RE LAST!"
"But at the Royal Rumble, everyone else is next anyway..." Makes sense.

It's wrestling, it's fake, everybody lies out their ass because it's a scripted TV show. Every mark knew Vince was going to keep him around if he's over. He shock beat Brock easily, everyone stirred up a shitstorm and it was meant to do just that. I couldn't help but laugh at it and have no want to discuss or listen to convo in depth on it as it's useless. I'm sure he'll get a win, not that it even matters because it's fake. I'm guessing he was fine with the booking of that match otherwise he wouldn't of agreed to it because he's freakin' Brock. I bet even Vince is scared of him.
I was hoping Reigns would come out finally turning heel, attack Goldberg and then get squashed at Rumble. That would be satisfying and I doubt there would be much shit storming about that one. I'm disappointed at the New Day booking. Getting eliminated practically straight away and now resorting to very blatant heel tactics to keep their belts so they can beat a record, it's pathetic. I'm also getting sick of their childish bullshit. I wonder what is it with Vince and records. I think now was the time for Sheasaro to win the belts coming off of being the survivors. That Raw main event was pretty darn good even if Jericho just had to disregard the rules and get involved. Where was Mick to restart the match? Was he too busy dying his beard. Enzo segment was a bit weird for this era and pretty sure I could tell he was wearing some yellow strap to cover up the goods. |

When Goldberg and Lesnar inevitably wrestle again I'm very curious to see the caliber of match they can put on. If given more than ten minutes I'd suspect it would be pretty bad. Goldberg is nearly 50 and hasn't wrestled a full match in over a decade. Combine that with Lesnar wrestling a very stiff style and I suspect Goldberg could easily get hurt during the match. A hurt mid aged wrestler against Lesnar could be very interesting in terms of how bad the match could get.

This is my point. When it comes to Lesnar vs Goldberg, if they face each other a third time, where's the fucking interest? Goldberg is 2-0 against Brock Lesnar with the second win being an embarrassing squash, and that basically kills any build for a third match.
People say that it humanized Lesnar. If they wanted humanization, they should have gone the route of Undertaker vs Triple H at WrestleMania XXVII. Have Goldberg take Lesnar to the limit, and have Lesnar win at the last second. Hype it up like Triple H did. State that Lesnar won the battle, but Goldberg won the war. There's your interest for the third match. Lesnar was humanized in a grueling contest (rather than a squash that did nothing for either man), and wants to prove to everyone that he's still the dominant beast that broke the Undertaker's streak, made John Cena his bitch, destroyed Roman Reigns, destroyed Seth Rollins, destroyed Big Show, destroyed Dean Ambrose, and brutalized Randy Orton. There's your fucking interest, but Goldberg squashing him killed the interest for a rubber match (seeing as WWE loves rubber matches).

They think the interest will come from the fact he beat him super quick, so what will happen next time. It would have been nice for some sort of speech from Heyman but I guess it'll get swept under the rug for the rest of the year much like Triple H helping Owens win the belt. Brock could have gone crazy throwing shit about afterwards and actually sold it like it was a big deal, maybe that would have come off better.

Brock will likely interfere and eliminate Goldberg at the Royal Rumble, setting up a rematch at Wrestlemania, where Brock wins. I just don't see Goldberg entering at number one and making it through till the end of the match.
Generally speaking, KO and Jericho are the best thing going on right now. and of course it's Roman Reigns' fault.

They are awesome and this gem of a segment was hidden in the crappy kick off. Best stuff yet.

Sasha Banks is the new Raw Women’s Champion. You know what that means? Charlotte wins the title back on PPV.
