Thank you Alexora! We'll see how I do; I've been having problems downstairs that I've been looking to solve through lifestyle changes (my issues could be stress related since they started overnight.) and even during normal times I'd be embarrassed to talk to my doctor and right now I understand that there's no time for trivial appointments (even though I'm overdue for a wellness exam).

I've been having difficulty getting into new games; I have so many games backlogged that new games haven't drawn my interest except for Cyberpunk 2077.

The games that I am playing are the infinite or potential to be infinite which as Captain Obvious would say doesn't help clearing out the backlog, lol!

Well I lasted three days before reading the news and five before masturbating so ... that didn't go so well, lol!

However; it's possible my problems downstairs were caused by depression (although it's still something that I might check in on with my doctor if problems persist) and I'll keep making healthy lifestyle changes because living healthier is always a good idea.
