“If there’s an appeal and they win, come what may, I’m fine” Hogan said. “All I wanted was to let everyone know what Gawker’s all about and what they do to destroy lives.”

Regarding the $140 million award - $40 million more than he was even suing for -- Hogan said he couldn’t care less.

Does that even make sense? He's thinking... shouldn't Vince be thinking? If it came from Hogan, likely not happening. He'll probably be back soon though lol. Impossible to erase from history.

Vince and the creative dropped the standards. The talent are doing what their bosses tell them so it's pointless blaming any of them. That's what I don't get... everyone boos and should be shouting fuck you Vince instead because he's the one doing it and everybody actually knows that...?

Now if you put NXT into the equation the standards have risen and they are still the WWE. Vince has sod all to do with it apart from taking talent that aren't ready because he likes the look of them. Corbin and Dana perfect examples.

Hi guys! I had no work and was able to watch a full episode of Raw tonight for the first time in what seems like ages! I really enjoyed it though.

Agreed, and the talent that is ready, he ruins. Why are the Vaudevillains, who are both very talented guys, jobbing to a comedy team in the Golden Truth in a minute long match? Last time I saw them they were at least in the title picture. Looks like they're following the path of the Ascension.

I will say, though, that not everyone is a "smark" and so they place their blame on the performers themselves instead of the man behind the scenes. They see something they don't like so they boo it. They don't think to boo the guy who wrote the scenario.

Anyway, the rest of Raw was a real blast. I loved the 16 man elimination main event, and it was really cool that Ryder got the pinfall at the end. Great psychology behind the uneasy alliance mix of faces and heels. The food fight thing at the beginning was silly fun. Social Outcasts dressed up as revolutionary war soldiers was funny. Wyatts and New Day have something interesting developing. Summer Rae was in action! And Rusev heeling it up. Also, I loved the old school red, white and blue ropes! Overall just a really fun show and I hope I get the chance to start watching more often again because this product was a lot better than when it was a month or so ago.

Also, for any Americans here or anyone who celebrates, hope you had a happy 4th of July!

So did they say that the reveal of Lesnar's opponent at Sumerslam is this Smackdown or on the draft/first live one? Because doing it before this weekend seems risky in case something happens at UFC 200, although I think he's facing a knockout specialist so maybe less injury risk???

KO in the food fight reminded me of the one in Blazing Saddles, he hides but still got hit. Titus looked like Apollo Creed in Rocky IV during his entrance, did just about as good as Creed did too. Did anyone really expect Team USA to lose? Not sure how I feel about Enzo/Cass being the backup for Cena v The Club, but it was a question on my mind. I guess it shows that WWE/Vince is high on the two of em.
