I just finished the Callisto Protocol, which was better than its reputation.

Also playing the MW 3 beta. Feels like almost every other CoD.

This week I have started on Yakuza 0. So far its a great story and has quite a few funny moments thrown in to a way more serious and dramatic story than I was expecting.

I'm still playing Starfield right now just messing around with Radiant Quests of collecting bounties on ships and people while honing my ship combat and docking skills.

It really is an awesome game, a universal sandbox.

I'm glad to see someone else enjoying it.

The one thing I want to do more of next time I play it is dock more ships after targeting their engines. I got the ship targeting perk a bit late and didn't do it too much. Which is funny because I sided with the crimson fleet against sysdef and ended up not playing very piratey.

That being said, I thought some of the game's faction story lines were almost on Oblivion tier writing by Bethesda. There is just such a massive variety in things to do that it baffles me the hate it gets. The NG+ innovations are also pretty awesome.

I will probably be replaying it again soon, so many things I want to do differently. What kind of playthrough are you doing character/weapon wise?

Not sure if you guys know Alanah Pearce, she is a Sony writer/developer who loves playing video games not only from Sony but every studio.

I’m still hunting down pirates in space and on the ground so I guess that makes me a privateer? It’s interesting you ask me about weapons because I’m doing the same thing in Starfield that I did in Fallout 3: Not use any laser weapons and I have no idea why this is. I currently have three favorite weapons: Maelstrom, a shotgun type that I don’t remember the name it has seven shots though and before I got it I used the Old Earth Shotgun and the Razorback pistol. My character is “UNKNOWN” and since I’m just doing my own thing I would be True Neutral if it were D&D, haha!

What about you? Favorite weapons? Did you choose any traits for your character? And even though you didn’t get to be very piratey what hopes do you have for New Game+?

The PS5 and its game inventory have been very disappointing so far. I didn't buy it for remakes and remasters. There seems to be an abundance of open world fantasy games with little or no stories at all. It's like Heroin Hero from a South Park episode. I'll probably get the upcoming Metal Gear Solid HD bundle but like I said, I didn't get the PS5 to play games that are 20+ years old. An emulator does the job.

I don't know what happened; I was thoroughly enjoying Starfield and then a switch was flipped and I went over to Cyberpunk 2077.

Cyberpunk 2077 is so much different and better than when I bought it for the PS4 back when it was first released.
